Registration

Online registration to the conference and the school will open on March 27 until May 2, 2023 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

In-person event. No hybrid or online format.

FEES FOR THE CONFERENCE

• 250€ for academics
• 400€ for non-academics and dual academic/non-academic employment

FEES FOR THE SPRING SCHOOL

• 150€

The registration fees includes:

• admission to all scientific sessions and/or courses
• conference material (badge, program, etc.)
• coffee breaks and lunches
• social events and dinners

All participants, including presenters, are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

PAYMENT

The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque system.

CANCELLATIONS

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

• Cancellation due to COVID-19 positive test until June 4 (a proof will be requested): refund of the full fee
• Cancellation due to French/local government measures related to the COVID-19 until June 4: refund of the full fee

Please note that refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months.
